01 General Terms

02 Account Registration
To register with betx, you must meet the following requirements:

- Each person may register only one betx account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, both accounts will be permanently closed.
- All information provided during registration must be fully accurate and truthful. Submitting false details is strictly prohibited.
- Your payment method and betx account must be registered under the same name.
- Betx may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time.
Using another person's identity or details on your account is strictly prohibited. This constitutes a legal offence, and betx reserves the right to report such cases to the relevant authorities.
After registration, betx may verify your information. Some features may be limited until verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.
03 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation
Betx strictly ensures that only adults can access the platform. Any account found to belong to a user under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
Betx may request the following documents at any time:
- Copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of payment method ownership

04 Deposit & Payment Policy
Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit on betx:
- The minimum deposit amount at betx is ৳100 BDT.
- All deposits can be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and VISA/Mastercard.
- Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
betx will never ask users for payment credentials such as passwords or OTPs. If anyone requests this information, report it to betx support immediately.
Betx may require additional verification for deposits above a certain amount. This is carried out in compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations.
05 Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from betx:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Average processing times: Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket — 15 minutes to 2 hours; bank transfer — 1–3 business days.
- Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they are being processed.
- Betx reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.
Important: To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met. Each bonus carries its own individual terms and conditions.
06 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Betx bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms:
- Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus can be claimed.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on your first deposit.
- Bonuses may only be used on specified games or bet types — this will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
- Betx reserves the right to void bonuses and suspend accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
- Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the expiry period has passed.
- Betx reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
Any attempt to open multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.
07 Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on betx:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so please review your bet carefully before placing it.
- Betx reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- Live betting and pre-match betting may each have separate rules, which are stated in the details of each bet.
- Betx reserves the right to set maximum bet limits.
When using the cash-out feature, the value determined by the betx system is final. Cash-out may not be available on all bets at all times.
08 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on betx:
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to another user's account
- Involvement in match fixing or manipulation of outcomes
- Placing bets using bots or automated software
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Abusing the bonus system or exploiting any loopholes
- Threatening or harassing other users
- Attempting to hack or damage betx's systems
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, full forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.
09 Responsible Gaming
Betx believes entertainment should be enjoyable, not stressful. We take responsible gaming seriously.
- On betx, you can set your own deposit and betting limits at any time.
- If gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can take advantage of a temporary or permanent account break.
- Betx will never pressure a user to reopen a closed account.

If a valid balance remains at the time of account closure and no rules have been violated, the funds will be returned to the user.
